At Christian Audette, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your unused items in their original luxury packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
